Aaron, RYT-200, is a jack of all fitness trades who can lift and sprint with the best of them. He has both a high IQ and EQ and his training programs definitely show. He has extensive experience working with elite athletes as well as high school and community programs on improving performance and technique with programs like Sound Mind Sound Body Football Academy. Over the past few years Aaron has began to introduce more mindfulness and yoga into his training programs through his learning.
Extensive training and experience in sports, movement, and mindfulness modalities including Conjugate Tactical Certified Coach, Performance Enhancement Specialist, FMT Mobility Specialist, yoga (RYT-200), among other modalities and facilitate these offerings at schools, CrossFit boxes, gyms, and other sports facilities. Aaron is a Certified Yoga Teacher with Men Care Now.
NICOLAS DE ALEJO
Nicolas, RYT-500, has been playing sports and utilizing various movement practices his whole life. He grew up playing soccer and wrestling and ended up competing internationally through high school. He is a triathlete, competitive skier, and a yoga and meditation teacher. Nicolas has found many of these modalities (yoga, HIIT, breathing techniques, etc) to nicely prepare individuals for their respective sports seasons.
Extensive training and experience in mindfulness and movement modalities including yoga (RYT-500), Functional Movement, Pilates, Kettlebells, Biomechanics, Meditation (Neuroscience and Love & Kindness), Breathing Techniques, Olympic Weightlifting, among other modalities and facilitate these offerings at schools, wellness studios, gyms, and other sports facilities. Nicolas is the founder of the Men Care Now Yoga School.
